More info about Quebec, for Dec 2023, no repair to oil/gas furnace ?
pls provide me link to Quebec law stating "as of December 2023, no home with an oil fired furnace or boiler can have a repair or replacement system that uses any form of fossil fuel". I am climate activist in North Vancouver British Columbia and would like to quote this source. In our 3 North Shore municipalities, we have developer options of low carbon energy systems, to enable builders to build to lower step code while getting off use of gas in new homes.
